Yeah this is BS. Intelligent people have come across the cognitive biases Wikipedia page and trained themselves out of these thought-mistakes. Intelligent people also usually go to university where we need to learn them as part of course work. Cog biases 101 mentioned in this article I would not associate with any high IQ people, moreso average IQ people.
